WEHEALTH SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Last updated: June 30, 2026
WeHealth Technologies LLC d.b.a. WeHealth (“WeHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides healthcare technology, provider-supported workflow tools, and consumer wellness technology services. This Service Availability page explains where WeHealth-supported services may be available and the limits that apply.
1. GENERAL AVAILABILITY
WeHealth technology-supported services are available only in approved jurisdictions and only where the applicable service, program, provider arrangement, payer arrangement, and user or patient location are legally permitted and operationally supported.
Service availability may vary by state, program, provider licensure, patient location, user location, payer arrangement, health plan rules, device availability, staffing, and applicable law. Availability of a WeHealth website, app, advertisement, or informational page does not mean that every WeHealth feature, provider-supported service, consumer wellness feature, device program, or care management workflow is available to every user in every location.
2. APPROVED U.S. STATES
WeHealth currently supports technology-enabled services for users or patients located in the following U.S. states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
WeHealth does not currently support technology-enabled services for users or patients located in New Jersey or Mississippi.
WeHealth does not currently support technology-enabled services for users or patients located in Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, or non-U.S. jurisdictions unless WeHealth expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific program, provider arrangement, payer arrangement, or agreement.
3. WEBSITE INFORMATION VS. PLATFORM SERVICES
General website content may be accessible from locations outside the approved service jurisdictions for informational purposes only. Accessing or viewing WeHealth website content, advertisements, blog posts, landing pages, or other public materials does not mean that you are eligible for WeHealth platform services, provider-supported programs, consumer wellness features, RPM/CCM workflows, devices, subscriptions, or any other WeHealth-supported service.
WeHealth may restrict, suspend, or decline access to the Platform or any service if WeHealth determines that the user, patient, provider, service location, payer arrangement, device arrangement, or requested service is outside an approved jurisdiction or presents a legal, regulatory, privacy, security, payer, operational, or compliance concern.
4. PROVIDER-SUPPORTED SERVICES
For provider-supported healthcare workflows, availability depends on the participating healthcare provider, medical group, clinic, health plan, or healthcare organization being legally permitted to provide the applicable service to the patient in the applicable jurisdiction. WeHealth does not independently practice medicine, diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense medication, or establish a provider-patient relationship.
Healthcare providers and healthcare organizations remain responsible for licensure, scope of practice, patient consent, clinical care, prescribing, documentation, billing, coding, payer compliance, and other professional obligations.
5. CONSUMER WELLNESS AND MOBILE APP FEATURES
Consumer wellness and mobile app features may be available only where legally permitted and operationally supported. Consumer wellness features are for general wellness, education, informational, and self-management purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for professional healthcare services.
6. NO EMERGENCY USE
WeHealth websites, apps, devices, reminders, reports, alerts, messages, AI-generated outputs, and other platform features are not intended for medical emergencies, urgent medical communications, continuous real-time monitoring, or immediate response to urgent clinical events. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
